Day 12 Kundapur –Kollur  Mookambika Temple The Mookambika Temple at Kollur (42 kms from Kundapur) is frequented by devotees from all over the country.  Founded by Shri Jagadguru Adi Shankaracharya - the temple is known for the Panchaloha image of the Goddess Mookambika. ,Bubbling Point At the foot of the Western Ghats, there is an ancient small pond where any sound like clapping makes the pond  to bubble. Day  13 – Excursion to Pepper Queen in Boat ( Ancient Ruins and Lost city of Pepper Queen The last & the most famous Queen Channa Bhairavi Devi ruled the Salva Kingdom few centuries ago.  Her Kingdom was known for forest produces and spices especially pepper, all over the trading world.  So she was known as PEPPER QUEEN. Forest produce being the main income, she built her capital in the middle of the forest on an island called 'BASADI'.  It had over 70 Basadis (Jain Temples) of which you can see only ruins now.  You  have the Moodajina, Paarswanaatha, Vardhamaana and Chaturmukha Basadis here.  All are well decorated by stony sculptures. We take you to the island either by boat or by road & for those who would like  to discover the place, we can arrange camping on the island.  The legend says there was Dravarasa well in which if you dip iron, it will turn into gold. Day 14 – Excursion to St Mary Island in Motor Boat This island situated in Arabian Sea & created by Volcanic Eruption.History says it is as old as the Himalayas.In 1498 Vasco De Gama landed on this island & called it " EL PADRON DE SANTAMARIA".  It is a beautiful island without any inhabitants and beautiful, safe beach  to swim. It is about one Sq.mile in area with lots of coconut trees which is the shadiest of all the surrounding islands. Day 15 – Moodbidri 1000 pillar Jain temple Savirakambada Basadi (Thousand Pillar Temple) built in 1462 AD-Basadi of 1000 pillars, famous for its stone sculpture. Mahadwar, Bhairadevi, Chitradevi, Namaskaara, Teerthankara and Garbhagruha are the 8 Mantapas here. The idol (8 feet high) of Chandranatha is established in the garbha gruha. Supaarshwa and Chandraprabha  Theerthankara idols are worth visiting. Day 16 – Hanuman Gadi Falls in Kudremukh National Park is one of the Karnataka’s most recently declared, protected areas, located almost in the heart of the hill chains of Western GhatsHorse-Face Hill Station 95 kms south-west of Chikmaglur town is the Kudremukh (Horse Face) range, so named because of the unique shape of the Kudremukh Peak.Lucky Wild life enthusiast can viewIndian gaur, sambar, spotted deer, tiger, leopard, wilddogs, sloth bears, slender loris, common mangoose, giant squirrels, bonnet monkeys, common langur and endangered species of lion-tailed macaque and malabar civet. Himalayas and Ladakh Tour

Ladakh is bounded by world's two mightiest mountain ranges the great Himalayan and the Karakoram, It lies athwart two others The Ladakh and the Zanskar range. It lies at altitude ranging from about 2,750m to 7,673m. The temperature in summer goes up to 27C and in winter it drops down to minus 20C. It leaves the first time traveler awestruck by its geographical and cultural difference as they land at Leh.

The features of Ladakhi people, their clothes, dialects are similar to Tibetan and Mongoloid then Indian. The Mons from Kullu and Tibet were the first population immigrants to Ladakh as shepherds' nomads and settled down near Indus River. Later drads and others immigrated to Lower Ladakh. Due to cultural and geographical similarities Ladakh is popular among tourists as Little Tibet.

Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Delhi. Upon arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal II you are met and transferred to your prebooked Hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel you are received with a traditional welcome of Tikka and Arti. Rest of the day is relaxing and for free activities.

Day 2: Delhi. After Breakfast we visit Old Delhi, built in the 17th century by Shah Jehan the Magnificent (who also built the Taj Mahal). First we will be visiting the famous Jama Masjid mosque with its 9,000 sq. ft. courtyard, three domes and two minarets, and then proceed to the massive complex known as the Red Fort. Afternoon we’ll visit Lakshmi Narayan Temple, a Spectacular structure that’s just 60 years old, and then proceed via India Gate and the Governmental building to Qutab Minar, the 240 foot tower built in 1190 to commemorate the arrival of Islam in India, the Bahai Temple with its nine pools on an elevated platform, and the Crafts Museum, which replicates and Indian street with over 50 artists and crafts people at work.

Day 3: Delhi - Amritsar. Early morning we are transferred to the New Delhi railway Station to board our train for Amritsar, the city of Golden Temple. Afternoon we visit the famous Golden temple which is scared to the Sikh nation, here we will find time to tune into the amazing spiritual center and feel the power that inspires the Sikh people worldwide. We continue our city tour and visit the Jallian walla Bagh Martyrs’ Memmorial built in the shape of eternal flame of liberty is situated on the outskirts of Golden Temple.Here about 1500 and 2000 persons who were attending a peaceful meeting during the freedom movement fell under the bullets of the British General Dyer on 13 April 1919 and the city of Amritsar.

Day 4: Amritsar - Dharamshala.
Morning after breakfast we depart for Dharmshala, a hill station full of natural charm and beauty is situated in the Kangra Valley and spread over a height of 450 meters. It is surrounded by the majestic Dhauladhar Ranges on three sides. Tibetan settlements at Mecleodganj and Tibetan Library are the treasure hunts of manuscripts and text and its ancient culture. The Dalai Lama’s Palace is next to his monastery at Dharamshala. The day is spent walking around the Kangra Valley and mixing and talking with the Tibetan Community.

Day 5: Dharamshala. Morning we start our city tour of Dharmshala and visit the Dalai Lama's Monastery, Tibetian children village and handicraft centre, Bhagsunag and waterfall and the war memorial. Evening is spent relaxing.

Day 6: Dharamshala - Kullu Manali. Today morning we depart for our new and exciting destination Kullu & Manali. Upon arrival we check into our prebooked hotel. Manali is a major resort in the Kullu Valley. According to the legend its name is derived from Manu and Alaya, the abode of Manu. Manali is synonymous with streams and birdsongs, forest and orchards and the grandeur of the snowcapped Himalaya.

Day 7: Manali. Today we leave for city tour of Manali, visiting the Hadimba Devi temple set within dense Pine forest and to the Naggar Castle to have the stunning view of the valley. Afternoon is spent walking around the Beas river and the local market.

Day 8: Manali - Rohtang - Jispa. Morning we start our drive through the Rohtang Pass (4,220m) to Jipsa visiting the Gompa (monastery) of Khardong en route.

Day 9: Jispa - Sarchu. After breakfast we depart for Sarchu the drive to the high barren mountains of the Ladakh Valley. On our way we cross over the Baralacha la (4900 Mts). It is here that roads from Lahaul, Spiti, Zanskar and Leh meet. We reach Sarchu (4200 Mts) camp.

Day 10: Leh. After breakfast we start our full day drive to Leh. Geographically and culturally, Leh is very much part of Tibet and Tibetan influence pervades this desert land.

Day 11: Leh. Morning in Leh is kept free for the purpose of getting acclimatise to the height and weather. Afternoon we do a sightseeing tour to Shankar Gompa, Shantistupa and Leh Palace..

Day 12: Leh - Shey - Thiksey. After breakfast full day sightseeing to Shey, old summer palace of the Kings of Ladakh and was built about 560 year ago. It has a 12 meter high seated Buddha images. From here we proceed to Thiksey , the monastery is very picturesque and superbly sited on a hilltop overlooking the village and we now would proceed on to Hemis, one of the largest and the most important Gompas in Ladakh, with its excellent library wall paintings and Buddha figures.

Day 13: Thiksey - Likir -Alchi. After breakfast we start a full day excursion visiting the monastery of Likir and Alchi to see the gigantic painted clay statues of Buddha, carved arches and old paintings.

Day 14: Alchi - Leh - Delhi
. Today morning we are transferred to the airport for flight to Delhi.Please note that the Leh flight is purely dependent on the weather conditions in Leh. In case of cancellation we will have to try for the next day flight.We take no guarantee of the flight.

Day 15: Delhi. Rest of the day at leisure.Transfer to airport for flight to Onwards journey.

. Morning transfer from hotel to railway station to board Golden Temple Mail to Swai Madhopur. This exciting journey through the countryside by train takes us to Ranthambore, nearly a thousand - year - old fortress. Countless battles have raged around these walls.

Day 4: Ranthambore. Ranthambore is one of the few preserves where the Camera - shy tigers may be seen in day light. You'll take thrilling jeep rides in the morning and evening in search of wildlife. You sometimes chance upon these fleet - footed and silent creatures, the embodiment of grace. In the afternoon, explore the lakes on your own and visit the imposing Ranthambore.

Day 5: Ranthambore - Jaipur. After a morning game drive you leave for Jaipur, popularly known as the Pink City, was built in 1727 AD by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. Designed in accordance with Shilp Shastra - an ancient Hindu treatise on architecture - Jaipur follows a grid system.

Day 6: Jaipur. Today morning we visit the Amber Fort in the Aravali Hills, which is a super example of Rajput (Medieval Hindu) style architecture. A slow elephant ride takes us to the top of the Fort, which houses several graceful buildings and temple. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 7: Jaipur - Bharatpur. This morning travel to Bharatpur for a tour of the world famous bird sanctuary here. The reserve bosts of river 300 species of resident and migratory birds. Drive to Bharatpur Morning take a cycle rickshaw ride to watch the birds in keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary.

Day 8: Bharatpur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra
. This morning drive to the Fatehpur Sikri (ghost capital) for a tour of the magnificent and world heritage buildings still in a state of perfect preservation. After visiting the old Mughal capital we continue our drive to the city of Taj Mahal. Upon arrival we check into our prebooked Hotel. Agra was the capital of India under the Moghuls in the 16th and 17th centuries. Afternoon we see the Agra's Red Fort, built over three generations by the mogul emperors. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 9: Agra - Umeria (by overnight train). Morning we visit for an early morning sunrise to the Taj Mahal, the mausoleum built by a sorrowing Shah Jehan in memory of his young wife, Mumtaz Mahal. The Building's stupendous scale, flawless symmetry, translucent white marble and shimmering reflection in the water channel are truly breathtaking. Overnight on board the Indian railway.

Day 10:
Arrive Umeria and transfer to Bandhavgarh National Park. Upon arrival at Umeria railway station we are met and transferred to Bandhavgarh National Park. Bandhavgarh home of white tiger and other species such as Indian bison, sambar, barking deer & blue bull. Bandhavgarh's large tiger population offers the best chance to see the elusive cat. Overnight in the Lodge.

Day 11: Bandhavgarh. Morning and Afternoon we spent in Game viewing. Here we are able to see the South Bear, Wild Boar, Leopard and Tiger. The Park is also populated with India's rare and endangered animals such as Chital , Cinkara, Chowsingha, Gaur and is rich in Bird. Overnight at the Lodge.

Day 12: Bandhavgarh - Kanha National Park. After a morning game drive in Bandhavgarh, travel to Kanha the original country Kipling so vividly described in his jungle books. Kanha has some 22 species of mammals; most commonly spotted are languor, jackal, wild pig, spotted deer, swamp deer, Sambar and black buck. Overnight at the Lodge.

Day 13: Kanha. Morning and Afternoon we spent in game viewing. Overnight at the Lodge.

Day 14: Kanha - Nagpur (Drive) - Delhi (by flight). This morning game drive is your last opportunity to enjoy Indian wildlife. After breakfast, travel to Nagpur, the citrus capital of Maharashtra and a center for the aboriginal Gond tribes who remained in power until the early 18th Century. After a brief tour of the city, fly back to Delhi. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 15: Leave Delhi
. After what will have been a majestic way to see and experience royal India, we bid farewell as we are transferred to the airport for our flight back home.

GOA ADVENTURE
Day 01:   Arrival Goa Transfer to hotel, Afternoon at leisure; evening visit to Miramar beach, Panjim market, night cruise with cultural folk entertainment show on board a cruise boat and then dinner.
Day 02 :    Tour of South Goa. The round trip covers old Goa churches Bom Jesus basilica (where the remains of St Francis Xavier is kept), Se cathedral, Sri Mangeshwari and Sri Shantadurga temples, Margao port, Colva beach, Pilar monastery, Dona Paula bay, and finally the Miramar beach
Day 03: After breakfast transfer to Forest Bungalow at Bhag-wan Maha-vir Wild life sanctuary at Mollem. In the afternoon visit Dudhsagar falls (4 wheel drive) 1 hour from Collem (10 kms on train track ). Back to the Forest Bungalow
Day 04 :    Trekking to Tambdi Surla (13 kms) - an archealogical cave-temple site. Wildlife Safari ride at the park after the trek . Enjoy the Jungle environment in its natural best. Back to the Forest Bungalow
Day 05:Proceed to Lou-ta-lim 9 kms from Margao's to the Entertainment Village. Big Foot & Natural Harmony; here you witness folk dance, music, art and other cultural shows. Enter North Goa to reach Baga and stay at a Beach resort
Day 06 A visit to the flea market, shop for souvenirs, check out the picturesque Anjuna beach. Back to Baga beach.
Day 07 Check out and proceed to Calangute beach or Fort Aguada, Shop at Ma-pusa town - buy the best of cashew nuts, mangos (seasonal) and spirits at affordable prices; Proceed to catch your bus \ train or a flight back home.
