Tips for planning a M.I.C.E

·       Have a defined purpose for the event. Determine who the attendees are, why they should attend, when the best time of the year to hold the event is, what the best location is.

·       Have a realistic planning time line. In general, bookings for MICE require more lead time.

·       Set a realistic budget. Rates for services differ. Variables such as season,number of participants, Conference room ,Farm Houses or the type of location required must be considered.
