This 15 day programme, which includes 10 days on tour with a European tour guide, bike mechanic and a back up jeep, offers a slice of Indian life, past and present.
You get to explore the magical ruins of Hampi, an archeologist's delight, where you can roam free among one thousand temple ruins spread like a moonscape at the deserted ancient metropolis of the Vijayanagar empire.

Savour white water rafting on the Kali River, cruising through the lush green jungles of the Western Ghats, a bird watcher's paradise teeming with untouched exotic nature and wildlife. Spend a couple of nights at the Kali River Jungle Lodge in safari tents, with monkeys and crocodiles for company and spend time at the mighty 200 meter deep Jog Water Falls in the middle of the last Indian rain forest. The tour also takes in an elephant safari at the Dandeli National Park where you stand a good chance of encountering deer, panthers, crocodiles, eagles, monkeys and more…

There's more- mystic Hindu temples along the virgin white beaches, and days of beach biking at some of Goa's best stretches of sand. If luck favours, you could even visit the 'Ganden-monastery in exile' of the Tibetan 'yellow hat' dynasty, near Mundgod.
 

Itinery:

Arrival at Goa Airport, Transfer to Baga Beach, Welcome Dinner, stay at the Nord Goa Beach.

Warming up day trip to the tranquil back lands near the beach 100 km away.

Visit the Malvan fort, 160 km away, and spend night at tent resort on the beach.

Cruise along the coastal highways to Belgaum or Hubli and spend the night at the city hotel.

On to Hospet, a ride of 260 km along scenic countryside.

Explore the ruins of Hampi on a day trip from Hospet.

Spend the day touring the Dandeli national park. Spend the night at the Kali River Jungle Lodge.

Explore Hampi once again, this time from base Dandeli.

Move on to Sirsi or Mundgod, camping at a hotel or a Tibetan monastery, if you are lucky.

Take in the medieval beach temple of Gokarna, 200 km away.

Head to Palolem or Anacona, 100 km thence, and spend a night in bamboo huts on the beach.

A 100 km more bring you to the North Goa beach, where you spend the next two days biking and relaxing as you please, while putting up at a guest house close to the beach.

All overnight stays in well-chosen guesthouses and decent hotels, in double rooms with attached showers/toilets, or in beach huts and tents with common bathrooms/toilets (as per itinerary).
9 breakfasts and dinners during the 10-days-tour (beverages & drinks not included).
'Welcome' and 'Farewell' dinners at the 'Classic Bike - Country Club' in Assagao, Goa.
Well-maintained classic motorbikes "Enfield Bullet 500 cc" for all bikers.
A comfortable seat in our back up jeep for all pillion riders, if needed.
Warming Up day trip to get familiar with the handling of the Enfield Bullets and the Indian traffic system, specially for all participating bikers.
European "road captains", our well-experienced tour guides, old India hands, stress resistant, motorcycle enthusiasts, familiar with the Indian customs & culture. Our Indian motorcycle mechanics are experienced Enfield specialists with quick fingers, sympathetic guys with basic command of English language and lots of experience "on the road". Usually the mechanics are driving our back up jeeps.
