Day 1 Sun Anaheim at Leisure
On arrival at Los Angeles Airport you are transferred by
shuttle service to your Anaheim tour hotel. Tonight, join your
Tour Director for a Welcome Drink.
Day 2 Mon Anaheim at Leisure
The day is at leisure to enjoy at your own pace. Perhaps visit
Disneyland or California Adventure Park? Tonight, why not
check out Downtown Disney for dinner and entertainment?
Day 3 Tue Anaheim at Leisure
Enjoy another full day to relax. Perhaps explore some of the
shopping nearby, or make this a day to remember with an
optional full day visit to Universal Studios Hollywood?
Day 4 Wed Anaheim Santa Maria
Today we make our way to California's oldest city, San Diego.
Our city orientation tour on arrival shows us the Harbour,
Balboa Park and Old Town. This afternoon you could relax on an
optional harbour cruise?
Day 5 Thu Santa Maria San Francisco
This morning we cross the border into Mexico. We travel down
the Pacific Coast of Baja California, with spectacular views,
to the Sea of Cortez and the fishing village of San Felipe.
Here we spend the next two nights.
Day 6 Fri San Francisco Sightseeing
Relax by the pool of our beachfront hotel, or take a stroll
along the beach. Optional activities are available depending
on your preference!
Day 7 Sat San Francisco Mammoth Lakes (or Fresno*)
This morning we head north through desert scenery before
crossing the Colorado River into the state of Arizona. Then we
continue on to Phoenix for our overnight stay.
Day 8 Sun Mammoth Lakes (or Fresno*) Las Vegas
We stop for a close up look at a Giant Saguaro Cactus then on
to the Indian cliff dwellings of Montezuma Castle. Next we
visit the artists' colony of Sedona, nestled amongst towering
red cliffs. Now we follow Oak Creek Canyon to the amazing
Grand Canyon where our drive along the South Rim affords many
photo opportunities (weather permitting).
Day 9 Mon Las Vegas at Leisure
This morning there is the chance to join an optional tour over
the Canyon by helicopter. Later, we follow parts of the old
Route 66 on our way to lively Las Vegas.
Day 10 Tue Las Vegas Departure
Today is at leisure - relax by the pool, 'shop til you drop'
or have a flutter at any of the incredible casinos.
Day 11 Tue Las Vegas
Departure
Our tour ends today at check-out time from the hotel.
Please make your own way to the airport for your outbound
flight.
