Catch
the train from Mumbai for Chandigarh.
Day 2
Reach
Chandigarh by afternoon & rest.
Day 3
Sight
Seeing at Chandigarh (Rock Garden, Pinjore Garden,
Sector17).Byevening Leave for Shimla. Overnight Journey.
Day 4 Shimla
Reach Shimla early morning and leave by afternoon for half day
city tour visiting Indian Institute Of Advanced Studies, Sankat
Mochan Temple and Jakhu Temple, Evening free to stroll in the
famous shopping place of Shimla town – The Mall & The Ridge.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 5 Shimla
Full
day excursion visiting Kufri, Fagu and Naldehra. Overnight at
hotel.
Day 6 Manali
Leave early morning for Manali. Reach by afternoon and leave for
local sight seeing. Overnight at hotel.
* Hadimba Temple: Built in 1553 and with a superbly crafted
four-tiered Pagoda roof.
* Manu Temple: This is dedicated to sage Manu.
* Vashist: Well known for its Hot Springs. There are
temples dedicated to The sage Vashist and Lord
Rama.
* Tibetan Monastery: A place having a rare display of
Tibetan Handicraft & Woven colourful carpets with exotic designs.
Day 7 Sightseeing at Rohtang Pass (upto snow point).
* Rahala Falls: This enchanting waterfall is 16 Km from
Manali on the Rohtang Pass Road at an altitude of 8500 ft.
* Rohtang Pass: 13500 ft A Snow Point & A gateway for
Lahaul-Spiti & Leh.
* Solang Valley: Beautiful Ski Slopes in the World.
* Anjini Mahadev Temple. At Solang Valley.
Day 8 Dharamshala (Mcleodganj)
Leave for Dharamshala (Mcleodganj) early morning and rest.
Day 9
Sight Seeing Mcleodganj. Overnight at Hotel in Mcleodganj.
* Mcleodganj: Dalai Lama resides in Mcleodganj, which is
now a major Centre of Tibetan culture.
* Stone Church: A stone Church with delicate stain glass
windows and a Memorial to Lord Elgin.
* Dal Lake: A popular picnic spot (11 Km).
* Bhagsunath: Close to Dal Lake is shrine of Bhagsunath.
* Kareri Lake: A scenic spot with beautifully set among
alpine meadows and
* Forest pine.
* Chamunda Devi Temple: From the famous temple to Chmunda
Devi there are glorious views of the mountains.
Day 10 Delhousie
Leave for Dalhousie early morning and stay at Khajjiar. Afternoon
leave for Local sightseeing. Overnight at hotel.
* Khajjiar Lake: Switzerland of Himachal Pradesh.
* Kalatope: A beautiful picnic Spot.
* Dhainkund: The high peak of Dhainkund offers a bird’s eye
of the verdant
Valleys of the Beas, Chenab and Ravi Rivers
Day 11 Delhousie
Full Day sight seeing at and Chamba. Evening leave for Amritsar,
Overnight Journey.
Day 12
Reach Amritsar by morning, Sightseeing (Golden Temple, Jalianwala
Baug & Wagah Border) by night leave for Mumbai by Golden Temple.
Day 13
Enroute in Train Journey.
Day 14
Reach Mumbai early morning by 5.30 am.
