Temple towns of Tamilnadu - Multicultural tour by Goamit Holidays

Day 1 : Arrive Chennai
Arrive and transfer to hotel. Take an afternoon sightseeing tour of Chennai. The evening is at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2 : Chennai - Trichy
Transfer to railway station to depart for Trichy by train. On arrival in Trichy you will be transferred to your hotel. Later this evening you visit the Rock Fort and Srirangam Island. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3 : Trichy – Tanjore - Trichy
Proceed on a full day excursion to Tanjore where you visit the Brihadeshwara Temple and Saraswati Mahal Library. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4 : Trichy - Madurai
Transfer by road to Madurai (142 kms/3 hrs). Overnight at hotel.

Day 5 : Madurai
This morning you visit the world famous Meenakshi Mandir. The afternoon is at leisure for shopping. Revisit the mandir at dusk to participate in the evening aarti. Overnight at hotel.

Day 6 : Depart Madurai
Transfer to airport / hotel.
