Manali to Bhrigu.... 13 kms One can go up Vashisth on foot or by vehicle where one start off with a bath in the Hot Springs. Trek through dense forest to a beautiful holy glaciated lake at Bhrigu. There is a camping ground involving a climb from approx. 2,700 to 4,240 meters.

Bhrigu to Rohtang Pass and Marrhi..... 14kms A horizontal high attitude trek for Rohtang. One can see some peaks of central Lahaul and river Chandra. It is not advisable to stay at Rohtang top for the night.

Dashour Lake-Marrhi An all most horizontal trek from Rohtang to the Lake whose water is reputed to have curative powers for skin diseases. A rented house is suitable here.

Marrhi to Kothi..16kms One loses height upto Rahalla where there is a beautiful waterfall and then one walks along the river Beas to Kothi which has rocky cliffs on the site and dense forest of Deodar and Pine on the other.

Kothi to Manali.13 kms Passes through Palchan village and on the way there is a cold-water spring.
